Privacy Policy

The short version

AI Act Checker does not collect, store, or transmit your questionnaire answers or your risk classification result.Every question and every result is computed locally in your browser as JavaScript. The inputs you enter never leave your device and are never sent to any server.

What runs in your browser

The entire risk classification — branching logic, the rule engine, the compliance-checklist generation, and the copy-to-clipboard function — runs locally in your current browser tab. Your answers exist only in that tab's memory and are discarded when you close or refresh the page. We have no server-side database that receives your inputs, and there is no account system. We cannot recover your answers.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics GA4 to understand aggregate, anonymous traffic — which pages are visited, approximate geography, and device type. GA4 may use cookies. The analytics events we record are limited to tool usage (e.g. that the checker was opened or that a classification was completed) and the resulting risk tier; they do not include your individual questionnaire answers. You can opt out via theGoogle Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-onor by blocking third-party cookies in your browser.

Advertising

This site displays ads via Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. You can manage Google ad settings at adssettings.google.com. AdSense's advertising cookies are governed byGoogle's Ads policy. For users in the European Economic Area and the UK, we apply Google Consent Mode v2 so that ad storage and ad personalization remain denied until you grant consent.

What we don't do

• We don't tie your visits to an email, name, or company.
• We don't sell your data — there is no data to sell.
• We don't use your questionnaire inputs to train any model.
• We don't transmit your answers or results to any server.

Children's privacy

This site is intended for professional use and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children.
